The Convention of Diaspora Experts (CODE) held its first team meeting on September 6, 2026, at Sech Bhaban, Dhaka, marking an important step forward in preparations for the upcoming convention.

The meeting was graced by CODE’s Chief Advisor, Mr. Abdul Baki, and Convener of 1st CODE, Ms. Tanjina Sharmin. Also in attendance were Mr. Sajedul Chowdhury Shaun, Mr. Md. Tahasib Hasan Malik, and Mr. Mesba-Ul-Alam Chowdhury.

We are also delighted to welcome Mr. Abul Kalam Azad as a new member of the CODE Advisory Board. His experience and insight will be a valuable addition as we continue building momentum toward the convention.

CODE remains committed to bringing together the Bangladeshi diaspora and fostering knowledge exchange in service of the nation’s development goals. Stay tuned for more updates as preparations progress.
